We assess the organization's level of maturity in terms of continuous improvement and identify the improvement methodology that best matches that level.
The methodology of continuous improvement, which best suits a particular organization, depends to a large extent on the level of maturity of that organization. To support organizations in applying the most appropriate methodology, the LSSA has developed the "Continuous Improvement Maturity Model" (CIMM). It summarizes the best practices and techniques of different methodologies in a single framework, for different stages of maturity.
The CIMM evaluation is addressed to the management team, or to a group of 10-15 people (specialists, team leaders, etc.) within the analysed areas, or departments.
