The course introduces to an advanced level the knowledge of the Lean process improvement methodology. The basic tools and techniques are approached in detail, with an emphasis on the analysis of waste, the value of activities and the time in the process. Participants will be able to lead improvement projects, using a structured 5-step model.
The course is aimed at people who are involved in process improvement actions using Lean methodology.
Secondary / higher education, English, working with MS Office: Excel & PowerPoint - intermediate level.
PowerPoint presentation materials, templates for creating and presenting Lean projects, other support materials, techniques designed to facilitate interactivity, exercises, case studies, individual and group activities will be used.
