Lean champions are process managers and owners who lead and support the entire Lean program to achieve operational and business goals. They actively support Lean experts and work continuously to remove obstacles to project success. The course provides the general concepts and tools needed to implement the Lean program.
The course is addressed to the management team, process owners or a group of people (specialists, team leaders, etc.) within the areas or departments that are involved in process improvement actions.
Secondary / higher education, English, working with MS Office: Excel & PowerPoint - intermediate level.
PowerPoint presentation materials, templates for creating and presenting Lean projects, other support materials, techniques designed to facilitate interactivity, exercises, case studies, individual and group activities.
