DESCRIPTION

The course presents at an intermediate level the knowledge of the Lean process improvement methodology. The basic tools and techniques are approached in detail, with an emphasis on the analysis of waste, the value of activities and the time in the process. Participants will be able to lead improvement projects, using a structured 5-step model.

TARGET GROUP

The course is aimed at people who are involved in process improvement actions using the Lean methodology.

OBJECTIVES

PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Secondary / higher education, English, working with MS Office: Excel & PowerPoint - intermediate level.

COURSE PROGRESS

PowerPoint presentation materials, templates for creating and presenting Lean projects, other support materials, techniques designed to facilitate interactivity, exercises, case studies, individual and group activities will be used.
