The course introduces at an intermediate level Lean Six Sigma philosophy, tools and techniques to solve the problems in the process. Participants will be able to identify opportunities for improvement and will coordinate medium to large projects with the aim of increasing product quality or quality, reducing variance and loss.
The course addresses people who are involved in improving processes and will coordinate improvement projects.
