DESCRIPTION

The course introduces the basic Lean philosophy, tools and techniques for solving problems in the process. Understanding how processes are conducted, identifying and eliminating losses will lead to simpler and faster processes, in line with customer requirements.

TARGET GROUP

The course is aimed at people who are involved for the first time in process improvement actions using the Lean methodology.

OBJECTIVES

PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Secondary / higher education, English, working with MS Office: Excel & PowerPoint - intermediate level.

COURSE PROGRESS

PowerPoint presentation materials, templates for creating and presenting Lean projects, other support materials, techniques designed to facilitate interactivity, exercises, case studies, individual and group activities will be used.
