Laura Marin became an Ascendis associate consultant in 2011. She coordinates large projects to transform companies' business through process improvement, starting from designing programs with clients and continuing with their implementation and supporting team members' skills development for companies in the energy, banking, medical, industrial, public administration, etc. sectors.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the organizational environment in the field of process improvement and human resources. She has been involved in process optimization and re-engineering projects, systems implementation, implementation of HR strategies and policies in the field of development and training, as well as in the field of performance management.
Laura believes that everyday actions also define our lives and is a continuous process of learning and experimentation: "Excellence, therefore, is not an act, but a habit." Working with clients, with patience and empathy, she helps them discover the meaning of work and ways to do things better, with less effort and fewer resources.
After studying engineering and entering the world of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodology, she understood that people are an organization’s most important resource and decided to develop her skills in human resources and psychology.
Laura graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, Faculty of Industrial Chemistry, has a degree in Psychology from Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest and is certified in Human Resources - CIPD. She has a training in Psychological Counselling, in Resource and Solution Oriented Collaborative Brief Therapies (ARTS&CORS) and is an IASSC (International Association for Six Sigma Certification) Accredited Associate Trainer.
