Laura Marin became an Ascendis associate consultant in 2011. She coordinates large projects to transform companies' business through process improvement, starting from designing programs with clients and continuing with their implementation and supporting team members' skills development for companies in the energy, banking, medical, industrial, public administration, etc. sectors.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the organizational environment in the field of process improvement and human resources. She has been involved in process optimization and re-engineering projects, systems implementation, implementation of HR strategies and policies in the field of development and training, as well as in the field of performance management.

Laura believes that everyday actions also define our lives and is a continuous process of learning and experimentation: "Excellence, therefore, is not an act, but a habit." Working with clients, with patience and empathy, she helps them discover the meaning of work and ways to do things better, with less effort and fewer resources.

After studying engineering and entering the world of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodology, she understood that people are an organization’s most important resource and decided to develop her skills in human resources and psychology.
Laura graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, Faculty of Industrial Chemistry, has a degree in Psychology from Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest and is certified in Human Resources - CIPD. She has a training in Psychological Counselling, in Resource and Solution Oriented Collaborative Brief Therapies (ARTS&CORS) and is an IASSC (International Association for Six Sigma Certification) Accredited Associate Trainer.

Florin LEBADA
TRAINER
Florin Lebada joined the Ascendis team of consultants in 2021 with 20 years of experience in the field of quality, 6 of them as a consultant. During this time, Florin has provided and coordinated all specific Quality Management functions and more: customer and supplier interface, design and continuous improvement of manufacturing and management processes, quality control and assurance, design and improvement of organizational management systems.

Predominantly working in industrial manufacturing, he has gained experience in national and multinational organizations, culminating in the machinery manufacturing industry, in corporations supplying directly to OEMs and products with specific occupant safety requirements.

With the motto "Exist by manifesting, don't manifest by existing", Florin strongly believes that effectively empowered human energy, nurtured curiosity and the desire to "do better", continuously and ethically challenging the state of affairs, inspires individuality and creates synergy within teams, thus leading to the manifestation of Organizational Leadership through real results and sustainable managerial performance.

Elena MUNTEANU
PCC, ASCENDIS ASSESSMENT LEADER
Elena Munteanu joined Ascendis in 2007 as a consultant in the assessment and development centre consultancy division. Since 2013, she has been the coordinator of the Ascendis Assessment Business line, a position that allows her to coordinate, develop and implement assessment and development centers, facilitate coaching and career counseling sessions, behavioral skills development programs, as well as HR training and consulting. She is a key expert and trainer for the Harrison Assessments Talent Management methodology.

As a Senior Professional in Human Resources (certification awarded by the Society for Human Resources Management - SHRM, USA), Elena combines business and HR expertise gained from over 18 years of experience in people selection and development with psychological and coaching expertise gained from advanced studies in psychotherapy and psychodiagnosis, drama therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, etc.

As an ICF certified professional coach, Elena is passionate about facilitating awareness through provocative discussions and state-of-the-art tools to help clients see clearly and make the best choices to achieve their goals. Her interest in "instructional design" gave way to her 4MAT Advanced Instructional Design studies. Enthusiastic and innovative, dedicated to fulfilling people's development potential, Elena is always resourceful in her projects.

Andreea POPA
TRAINER & COACH
Psychologist and Ascendis consultant since 2008, Andreea Popa specializes in coaching communication, effective relationships, leadership, team development and personal brand development.

She has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and management, building over time image and strategy for many brands on the Romanian market.
Andreea combines psychology with business, building in Ascendis courses on effective inter- and intra-relationship, starting from the reality inside companies and bringing ideas, principles from the area of applied psychology.
She currently trains and teaches courses in management, leadership, personal effectiveness, effective communication, persuasion and assertiveness, conflict management and mediation, stress management, time management and priority setting, change management, self-development, and personal branding.

Regarding coaching activities, Andreea works with teams and individuals from all industries, with various hierarchical positions: "C-level," middle management, and "individual contributors."
Andreea also works with the team of psychologists of the Ascendis Assessment division in organizing and running assessment centers for employees.

Claudiu GOLOGAN
SALES DIRECTOR
Claudiu Gologan has been with the Acendis team since 2005 and has been Sales Director since 2011. He started his career more than 20 years ago, during which time he held various positions and actively participated in the development and territorial expansion of the companies he worked for.

During his years with Ascendis, Claudiu has been involved in contracting complex projects of organizational culture diagnosis and change, management team development and sales team coaching, organizational process improvement, as well as in the implementation of numerous projects financed by European funds. Claudiu believes that when you build a relationship based on trust, you will encounter many opportunities, ideas and resources that you may lose sight of if the only focus is on winning.

Claudiu has a degree in International Relations.

Nelida BARAGAN
BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Nelida Baragan is Ascendis Business Developer since 2011. She started her career in sales in 2004, gaining experience in two of the most dynamic branches of the Romanian economy: pharma and telecom. She realized that active listening, freedom of thought, the desire to understand the vision of each customer, define the best way to approach the sales process. Nelida believes that the diversity of views presented and analyzed is essential in a discussion. Often, such an open approach generates new solutions and opportunities for both the client and the consultant.

As a Business Developer, Nelida seeks to identify new business opportunities - be it with clients, partners or new products and services - to better meet existing and future needs.

Nelida is a graduate of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and holds a master’s degree in business management

Adrian MOLDOVEANU
TRAINER, REGIONAL COORDINATOR TIMISOARA
Adrian Moldoveanu has been an Ascendis consultant since 2007 and is the coordinator of the Timisoara regional office. Adrian has 20 years of experience in management and sales. He has been responsible for territorial expansion, developed and coordinated regional offices and coordinated distribution channels, direct and indirect sales teams, working for multinational and local companies. He also has experience of 3 start-ups. During his years of HR consulting, he has been involved in projects defining and shaping performance management systems, sales force coaching, staff appraisal and development. He has worked and still works with companies in automotive, IT&C, banking, retail, pharma.

Adrian believes that lack of resources stimulates creativity and is always ready to debate this topic. He is an incorrigible optimist, results-oriented, using innovation and practice in everything he does.

He graduated from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara in 1997.

Ciprian Ouatu has been an Ascendis Associate Consultant since June 2011, joining the market leader in training and organizational development out of a desire to continuously develop alongside his clients and colleagues. Ciprian trained in the pharmaceutical market, a highly competitive and constantly changing industry, which taught him that to succeed, you need to constantly acquire new skills and be proactive. Ciprian started his career in sales, holding positions as a medical representative, area sales manager and branch manager. He has coordinated sales teams and has been involved in multiple projects in training, recruitment, staff assessment, coaching, marketing. He has also coordinated sales outsourcing projects.

He specializes in facilitating communication, sales and management programs and does so with responsibility, commitment, and humor. He believes that an important thing at the moment is to develop the leadership skills of middle-management teams in Romanian companies.

He wants to learn new things all the time and is passionate about education, reading, photography and music. Ciprian graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine in Iasi and then attended the ELITEC Postgraduate School of Economics.

Vlad FRANC
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Vlad Franc has been Account Manager for Ascendis in Cluj Napoca since 2017, after 7 years of experience in sales and HR. He joined the Ascendis team to develop the client portfolio.

An important personal achievement for him was his role as Business Developer in an IT company where he set up a start-up through concept, strategy, and marketing plans. A graduate of two faculties: the Faculty of Communications and PR and Public Administration and a master’s degree in psychology and organizational health, Vlad is currently studying another master’s degree in IT and Public Services.

Vlad believes that courage is a predictor for success. He has a special concern for people and the relationship area, which is built on trust and trust alone.

Dan Stancu has been an Ascendis consultant since early 2011.

His 13 years of experience in FMCG and financial banking companies helped him to realize that the effectiveness of managers in an organization depends mostly on the degree of professional development of the teams they lead. As a result, Dan believes that the adoption by Romanian companies of a business strategy based on the quality of human resources ensures competitive advantages in the medium and long term.

During his years of consulting, Dan has been involved in projects of diagnosis and change of organizational culture, definition and modeling of performance management systems and sales force training. He has worked with companies in finance, automotive, IT&C, industrial manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical and FMCG industries.

He is an economist. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and an EMBA program organized by ASEBUSS Bucharest in cooperation with Kennesaw State University, Atlanta, Georgia.

Florin joined the Ascendis team at the beginning of 2016. He has over 20 years of experience - he has successfully led large teams in multinational companies in FMCG, Pharma and IT, he specializes in developing and implementing leadership strategies, retail sales, marketing and trade marketing, global business strategies, effectively addressing consumers, defining business and HR processes, implementing talent management processes with a focus on developing new leadership programs, change management, digital microlearning, project management / CRM and more.

The combination of skills and competencies acquired over time recommends him as a very good integrator of various business areas. Passionate about a deep understanding of how people learn through the experiences they are exposed to, combined with a broad vision of the future of organizational and employee development, he has had and continues to have an important input in the development of the "Code of Talent" digital microlearning platform, a tool that will take personal and professional development to a new level. Ioana Bran has been an Ascendis consultant since 2013, after 9 years of experience in entrepreneurship and direct sales, both in life insurance and financial banking. As a trainer in the banking field, her work has involved daily support of courses in sales and negotiation, leadership, coaching, business communication and non-verbal communication, business strategies, performance, motivation, personal and professional development.

As Marketing Manager, he has also designed the marketing strategies and plans of several companies in areas such as advertising, commerce, construction, and wood industry.

A graduate of two faculties - the Faculty of Letters and the Faculty of Management and Business Administration and a master’s degree in an MBA program, Ioana is currently studying Psychology.

As a trainer of the Romanian Business School, Ioana Bran has taught courses in business management and administration, marketing, human resources management, leadership, communication, sales performance and negotiation, economic management, personal and professional development.

Dorel Grigore has been an Ascendis Consultant since 2006. Over 10 years of experience in multinational corporations in the IT&C field and over 8 years of entrepreneurship add authenticity to the content of the seminars and workshops he delivers. In addition to the classic topics of finance, marketing and management, Grig tackles a new dimension of modern learning techniques, developing e-Learning and e-Commerce platforms for Ascendis over the past years.

After graduating from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, he continued his postgraduate studies with specialized studies in marketing and management in Hungary, Switzerland, France, UK, Spain, Belgium, Italy and the United States. As a graduate of the International Association for Six Sigma Certification and Certification accreditations, he has conducted courses and business simulations for more than 60 companies in fields such as finance, manufacturing, retail, logistics, energy, IT&C, pharma, distribution, construction.
